Ms. Crump is particularly qualified to conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Subsurface Investigations, Transaction Screen Processes, Regulatory File Reviews, Historical Records Reviews, Baseline Assessments, NEPA reports, and third party Phase I reviews. Ms. Crump employs the most up to date standards and practices for performing such work including ASTM E 1527-05 Standard Practice for Performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, the industry standard for interpreting "All Appropriate Inquiry."
Pertinent experience includes conducting hundreds of Phase I ESAs for new cell tower sites and co-locations, as well as, developed and undeveloped commercial real estate properties and industrial facilities within Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Missouri. Properties assessed include retail strip malls, gas stations, drycleaners, multi-site industrial facilities, office buildings, and apartment complexes. Clients include:
